Civil Service Law

Public Employees have the benefit of the protections of the Civil Service Law that have developed over the past 135 years.  Unlike private sector employees who can be mistreated and disciplined at the mere whim of their management, public sector employees are protected by either Article 75 of the Civil Service Law or by their negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreements.

Provision of Counsel
